Defensive Driving Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How soon after I complete the class will I get my Certificate of Completion?
A: Allow 7 business days to receive your official state certificate of completion.

Q: What if I need my certificate sooner?
A: Your certificate can be overnighted or rushed. Just call 281-481-1188 and ask for details.

Q: Do I have to talk to the Court before taking the class?
A: You must "get permission" from the Court before taking the class for a ticket dismissal. When you go to the court be sure to take with you: Proof of Insurance and Driver's License.

Q: What should I bring with me when I come?
A: Bring your driver's license, the name of the Court, and cash or money order as method of payment.

Q: If I take defensive driving for the insurance discount only, may I take it again for ticket dismissal in the same year?
A: Yes!!! If you take The Comedy Showcase Defensive Driving for the insurance discount, you can take it again in the same year for a ticket dismissal.
